Our landlord only wants Turkish tenants since he is used to having students from Turkey or Turksih people working as tenants. I am helping him. I have been in the building for 10 years. I live on the second floor..

1. First floor: $700, ideal for 1 people but two can share it if it is a couple. 1 big room, 1 big kitchen. Utilities not included.

We will keep the building all Turkish so it is a very friendly environment.

My roommate finished his degree and is moving out, and I am looking for someone to fill his starting from September 1st, 2008. The lease would be for one year. We are both graduate students, respectful and clean. Male and female are both welcome.

The apartment is on the second floor of a three-story building. It is spacious, has hardwood floors, and receives plenty of light. The room is medium size. The kitchen and the living room are a good size. There's also a small balcony facing the back yard.

The prices include heat and hot-water. Other monthly expenses include electricity, gas, and the Internet which add up to about $30-35 per person.

The apartment is on Bellvista Rd. & Allston St. It is located conveniently close to B-line Allston St. Stop, walking distance to Shaws supermarket, and it is only a couple of minutes from Harvard Avenue. Please e-mail me if you are interested.

BC'de Psikoloji yuksek lisans ogrencisiyim. Su anki ev arkadasim Turkiye'ye donecegi icin, Haziran ayindan itibaren 2 odali apartman dairem icin ev arkadasi ariyorum. Apartman Commonwealth Avenue uzerinde, B-line duraginin hemen onunde, C-line ve D-line'a da birkac dakika yurume mesafesinde. Iyi bir "management company" tarafindan yonetiliyor; cok temiz, bakimli, sakin ve guvenli bi apartman. "Laundry" evin giris katinda.

Ev cok iyi isiniyor ve isinma & sicak su masraflari kiraya dahil.
