* Looking for summer sublet:

Hi, i am looking for a sublet for the months August and September. My name is Pelin and I came to Boston for internship from Turkey. I am a 21-years-old (female) computer engineering student. The company which I will intern is at Allston. So that i am interested in the sublets located in Allston.

If there are roommates, it would be awesome if they're clean, friendly, non-smokers. Ideally, I’d like to spend anywhere from $500-$800 per month including all utilities.

If you have an available room/apartment to sublet, send me an email, I would be very happy.

Have a nice day!

* Looking for roommates:

The building is right across Bremen Street Park and Airport T stop. It is only 50 seconds to Subway. It is very convenient for people who ride the T. There is a driveway if you have a car. Parking available right on the street. Bremen Street Park is really nice, just across your window. Backyard available for parties, cookout etc.

Our landlord only wants Turkish tenants since he is used to having students from Turkey or Turkish people working as tenants. I am helping him. I have been in the building for 12 years. I live on the second floor.

The apartment has 3 rooms. It is a 2 bedroom with a big living room and a big kitchen. It is the second floor in an all Turkish apartment: I am renting one of the rooms on my own (I go back and forth between NYC and Boston) so I will be at the apartment at most 9 days a month.

So you will be sharing a 3-person apartment with 2 people for the big portion of the month. (I am renting the 3rd room) The 2 rooms are available for $700 total. If you are a couple you can rent both rooms, would be the perfect solution. Or you can just rent it on your own. A perfect 1 bedroom 1 living room 1 kitchen all yours. Or if you are a student and don’t want to spend a lot of money, share it with a roommate, then $700 gets split in two. (or adjust the rate between two roommates since one room has a bit more privacy than the other

Utilities not included.
